\"Hittin'I packed my clubs up this past week and have been getting ready to retire for the season. A couple things I like to do is give them one last cleaning, new grips and unload any equipment that has treated me bad that year. I also come up with a few things to work on over the winter (i.e., fitness or mental). This year, I want to improve my posture over the ball and my core strength. Does anyone else have off-season goals?<\/p>\n

\nHole 1: The Big Boring<\/strong>
\nI know I’m not the only one who’s bored with the Big Break. The behind the scenes show is more fun than the regular show, which isn’t saying much. Do you think it’s boring because we’ve realized that the guys who win this really aren’t good enough to compete on the tours? Side note, does anyone think that all the contestants are, how should I put it, light in their loafers? [link<\/a>] <\/p>\n

Hole 2: Eco-Golf<\/strong>
\nI’m not sure if I’ve mentioned this before, but these are cool. I’d like some that say, “I played like diddley poo.” Anyone know who made that quote famous? [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 3: Most Expensive Course Made<\/strong>
\nI wonder if The Sand Trap can get the first written review of this course? It seems like it will be pretty sweet. I’ve always dreamed of winning the lottery and then building my own course. [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 4: Christmas Gift Alert<\/strong>
\nI’m not sure how I found this or even, for that matter, who would want this, but a part of me does think it’s cool. An LCD TV in a golf ball frame? Okay, maybe I want this. [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 5: Birdies<\/strong>
\nWhen I was a kid, I went to the Memorial Golf Tournament. I spent my morning watching the players warm up on the practice tee. When Phil Mickelson arrived he saw these geese about 210 yards out and grabs a 3-iron immediately and takes aim (on his first swings of the day). He was pelting these things. I mean, he was hitting them hard. It was hilarious. The only thing different about that with this link is that he was trying to do that. [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 6: Wie Like Them Young<\/strong>
\nLeave it to Deadspin to take a stance on a story that I find completely irreverent, yet insanely intelligent. And, yes Deadspin, golf blog fights are dangerous. You have to keep your head on a swivel. [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 7: Zone Perfect Bars<\/strong>
\nMediaguru, you beat me to the punch. I’ve been grubbing on these Zone Perfect bars for months in the office. Mostly because they’re free where I work, but also because they are ridiculously tasty. I prefer the Fudge Graham ones. Go pick some up and fill your golf bag. [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 8: Noodle Ice<\/strong>
\nI’d like to try the Noodle Ice for novelty purposes. It sort of looks like Maxfli has ripped of the Rain-blow gum balls with this concept. Regardless, I’m a sucker for these types of things. [link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 9: The Price is Right, Bitch<\/strong>
