\nHole 1: Doggie Driver<\/strong>
\nFor all you canine owners out there, this little toy will help you combine two things you love: your dog and golf. The tennis ball holder allows you to make your normal golf swing while playing fetch with your dog, sending the tennis ball into orbit. Good workout for your golf swing and your dog. Hole 2: Philmont not a Flynn?<\/strong>
\nWilliam S. Flynn is perhaps best known for his two US Open courses: Cherry Hills and Shinnecock Hills. He was, until recently, also associated with Huntingdon Valley’s Philmont. Read the article to get into the nitty-gritty. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 3: 13 Year Old Attempts to qualify for US Open<\/strong>
\nKids are getting so good. We’ve all heard of Michelle Wie, Ty Tryon, and Dokoda Dowd, who have all played in professional events in their teens, but 13-year-old Ryan Simpson might take the cake. This little guy is trying to qualify for the Open, and I wish him luck. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 4: Team USA Standings<\/strong>
\nWith the Ryder Cup only a few months away, I can feel my level of excitement stirring up. So update yourself on the team! It’s shaping up to be a very very interesting one. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 5: Hazeltine National Golf Club<\/strong>
\nIf you’re like me, then you love the US Amateur. It’s just the history of the event, so rich with legendary champions and triumphant victories. Anyways, this year’s event will be played at Hazeltine National Golf Club, so read up on it. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 6: True Swing Golf<\/strong>
\nWith Nintendo forging ahead in the realm of innovtive control systems featuring new ways of interacting with games, my mind has been awash waiting for golf games coming out for the Nintendo DS and hopefully the Nintendo Wii. Well I may have some time to wait for Tiger Woods PGA Tour on the Wii, but True Swing Golf if out now for the DS. Here’s a review of the game. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 7: Interesting View On Long John<\/strong>
\nI’ve always liked John Daly, but at the same time sort of felt sorry for him. He could be one of the best players in the world (currently 61st) if he just cleaned up his life and focused on golf. Gary Van Sickle agrees with me and takes it a step further. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 8: Furyk Solid Pick For US Open<\/strong>
\nWe all know Jim Furyk is one gritty competitor, his singles record in the Ryder Cup is nearly Flawless. He’s proved he can win an Open and may prove to us this year than he can win multiple majors. His victory last week at Quail Hollow may be just a foreshadowing of this. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole 9: Rookies of the Year or Year of the Rookies?<\/strong>
\nThere’s been a lot of talk about a strong rookie class on tour this year and it has been shaping up to be the year of the rookie. There have been numerous first-time winners on tour this year, and, with Brett Wetterich’s maiden victory this week, it looks like this trend will continue.
