\"Hittin'What a time to be a golf fan.<\/p>\n

Each of the game’s Big(gest) Three — Jason Day, Jordan Spieth, and Rory McIlroy — have each won in their last start and will go head to head this week at the Memorial. Meanwhile, the ranks of the also-could-wins are packed solid. <\/p>\n

Are we missing Tiger, who will not tee it up at yet another tournament this week. Yes, but there’s also plenty of fantastic golf being played. The U.S. Open has the potential of being epic. <\/p>\n

\nHole #1: Texan Wins in Texas<\/strong>
\nJordan Spieth is back, going birdie-birdie-birdie down the stretch for his first PGA Tour win in his home state. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole #2: Three-Peat!<\/strong>
\nAt the start of the month, I couldn’t spell “Ariya Jutanugarn.” I’ve got it down now that she’s won three straight starts on the LPGA for her first three wins. [Link<\/a>] <\/p>\n

Hole #3: Rocco Finally Gets His Major<\/strong>
\nRocco Mediate won the Senior PGA Championship in wire-to-wire fashion despite a charge from Colin Montgomerie who was going for his third straight senior major. His 265 total broke the tournament record by three strokes. Monty tied Snead with the now second lowest total. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole #4: Washington Women<\/strong>
\nThe Washington Huskies women’s golf team got their first NCAA title over Stanford last week. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole #5: Buying Titleist<\/strong>
\nYou may soon be able to buy stock in Titleist, instead of just a stock of Titleists. Titleist-parent company Acushnet may be going public. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n

Hole #6: Low Club Pro<\/strong>
\nOn the day of the 100th running of the Indy 500, the Brickyard Crossing Golf Course, which boasts four holes inside the race course, was missing its club pro John Dal Corrobo. He was busy becoming the low PGA club professional at the Senior PGA Championship in Benton Harbor, Michigan. He finished T-7 overall. [Link<\/a>]<\/p>\n
