I signed up for rejection for....well, I cannot remember how many years it has been now. I'm going to have to find a different route to the Masters I think

Does anyone actually win these things? Or this just Augusta National tracking us so when the time comes for human enslavement by the illuminati overloads they know where we are?

Agreed I heard from someone that is takes about 15 years to finally get accepted in this route. Not sure how true that is or how reliable the source was. Probably just hearsay

It may be an average. It’s nowhere near a rule.

Reminds me of the old line:  "How do I get to Carnegie Hall?"  "Practice, my boy, practice."

I hit the lottery two years in a row for Wednesday practice round tickets (2017 and 2018).

My father won in 2010 and he and I went to the Monday practice round.

Yep!  Since 2000 for me.  Selected 3 times for practice rounds.

    • Yes...you will need to be early in order to get 36. That's going to be a 4.5 to 5 hour round (the afternoon round). It's not cheap but you can probably find a place to stay in the Lakeland area (which isn't too far away), if you don't want to stay at the resort. Plus Lakeland has more places to get a beer and some chow for much less $ than at the resort.  And yes...the place is in the boonies. Have fun, all three of the courses are great. Try to take a caddie for one of the rounds.
    • No.  To make a comparison at the risk of unjustifiably having content deleted again and receiving yet more warning points, here is another new comparison to shed some light on the perspective: Under ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct § 1.2(b), an attorney who can accept or decline to represent a person (who is not already a client) and that representation does not constitute an endorsement of the client's political, economic, social or moral views or activities.  Like an attorney doing a job for otherwise disliked clients, there is no endorsement despite receiving a check.  Otherwise, any time someone does something, they could be aligned with the other's views.  Especially in today's divided culture--we like to say "you're with us or against us."  There is some nuance here.  Phil is only playing golf and receiving a check, just like any other independent contractor.  Just like a gardener working for some millionaire insider trader--the guy just wants a check and the fact that Phil "doesn't need the money" is not proof positive that it is an endorsement unless he either financially contributes to the regime or otherwise expressly supports the regime.
    • Thanks! Bremen is a nice smallish large city. I'm a big Werder fan. I live 20 miles from Bremen away. Hope you enjoyed your time there.
    • Re-opening an old thread.    I had purchased Linksoul waterproof pants and jacket. I found the fit great. Since I was a huge fan of Ashworth clothing this seems to make sense.  I found myself heading over to the Linksoul webpage. Very cool style clothing.    I ordered some golf polos coming. They had a cyber deal going and a 3 pack for $99. The only issue is I have no idea what polos they will be sending. This is by design as that is how the 3 pack is listed.    I am finding lately that I am more intrigued by the Small boutique golf designs lately.    I wear True Linkswear shoes and now am migrating over to Linksoul. Anyone else finding these types of brands more stylish and overall comfort superior to the big brands?    I am hoping the Linksoul polos that come are a good fit. Ashworth always had a good fit for my frame.
