Actually discussed this a number of times in the past on this forum.
Mathematically it’s easy to calculate.
A genuine male scratch golfer, keeps his card pretty easily on the LPGA tour running about middle of the pack…
Superspeed workout and 20 balls with 9-3 swings working on hip turn. Probably should get out the Planemate again for working on my hip priority piece.
Also hit 30 balls each with half swings using 55 and 60 degree wedges with my Mevo to get a feel for distance with this swing. Will do GW (51*) and PW (47*) tomorrow.
