I saw it in print but it stated something along the lines of nobody wants to see Utah in the final 4. I'd have to agree. If Utah wins big, I believe they are in.
I believe if Oklahoma beats Baylor big, they could be in. After their last game against each other and no display of defense, it's going to be hard for either to make the playoff unless it is a lopsided victory.
If LSU and Georgia is a close game, they both could be in the final 4 but nobody wants to see a rematch.
It's $550 now. Plus $45 for cart if you're not staying on property, which you'd probably want to do since you can't book a tee time more than 24 hours in advance if you're not a guest, which I imagine would be a huge letdown if you're making a trip out there to play golf and can't get on.
So realistically it costs a lot more than $550 to play Pebble.
My dad's passion was flying. He owned a Piper Tri-pacer back when I was young. He had a heart attack and couldn't pass the physical to continue flying. When I turned 16, he offered to pay for all of my flight school just so he could get back in the air. I had no interest...(big mistake).
My brother was a pilot and since out of the military has not flown because of the cost. Fuel cost is outrageous. I have a friend that just sold his float plane because he moved away from the lake. He always complained about the cost of flying.
