Next time I'll make sure not to have any Wheaties before I play. 😂

Obviously, yes. You're a monster 😜

What brand is it? Have you been storing them in your car in the cold? Did this happen in the bitter cold?

You need to back off on the Wheaties.  I have the same problem with coffee.  If I have too many cups of coffee; I just kind of piss the round away.

That’ll teach you not to hit the sweet spot...

It's Titleist H1 and yes, it was like 30 degrees that morning..

I'd like to  know more about what happened and more about what club that is.

Not much to tell.  It was cold outside and I was warming up and hit a couple of shots with it and the club made a weird sound so I looked and was like, "F**************ck."

I took it to the country club where I purchased it and they sent it to Titleist who is going to evaluate the club and make a determination on how to proceed which from what I understand, should happen within a couple of weeks.

Glad to see someone out there feels my pain.

This is why I hit it all over the face. Less likely to wear one spot and cave it in there.

You were definitely too strong for THAT club. 😂 What did the ball look like after that hit?

I sure hope they take care of you with a free replacement.

Should be hearing back within the next week.

Got the call yesterday that Titleist did the right hing, which I expected, and sent to the country club where I bought the club a new club head. 👍

Going to pick it up tomorrow.

I bought the club at a country club that was doing the Titleist Thursday's a couple of years ago so, when I broke, I brought it back there and they helped facilitate a replacement club. :-)

That club face didn't look like it had a lot of use. Glad Titleist looked after it. My clubs have a lot more wear on them than that. maybe I will show your pic to the wife as an excuse to replace a few clubs, lol

Dooo it! 😂

Yeah, I carry two hybrids and because I'm not very comfortable with my 3W, I usually use the other one for longer shots because it's loft is 21°.

As an aside, picked up what Titleist sent me.  Very happy indeed.

    • This is interesting. I don't have an LM of any sort, but is this open source for LM to sim? The website is incredibly vague, and though I use Discord quite often, I don't join random servers. On your clickthrough it mentions multiple LMs, but I don't see any kind of list on their site. Would this work with a Mevo? Would it work with a swing caddie? How many courses are there? More importantly, it sounds like you are already using it. How do you like it? *Edit Joined the Disc, and didn't find any more information on what LMs are supported. Looks like someone is making some decent side gig money on it, but I'm not really sure what the draw is. I thought this was going to be a SIM for LMs, but it looks like a league for people that already have LMs/SIMs. Maybe you can elaborate on the draw?
    • Hello everyone I used to be active here until my place was burglarized in Dallas TX and my entire golf gear, among other things, was stolen. Following the burglary and the pandemic I lost my motivation to play golf. Last week I moved to Vegas, and today my wonderful wife ordered a new set for my upcoming birthday. It is an all Taylormade M2 set which was on discount at Dick's; my goal is to play with that product price range until I score in the 80s again. I will only buy better clubs after I consistently hit below 80, if necessary. I am now looking for good golf courses in the Summerlin area and hope to join a community where I can find likeminded folks to play with regularly. My flexible job enables me to play in the afternoons during the week and all day on weekends. Vegas has transformed a lot. The Raiders built a stadium here, residential areas have grown and lots of master planned communities were built. Nice to be back on TST, it is the best golf community on the web! Nave
    • I have just as much fun playing by the rules, as not. Hell, probably more...
    • Nice!  Olinger can get around the table!
    • DAY 1  December 4   Due to a pinched nerve in my mid-back, I have not been able to practice for a little more than a week.  So starting again at Day 1!!  Spent a couple of hours on the range, alternating between hitting balls with my feet together (to work on balance and rotating around my thoracic spine) and working with the Swingwyde to focus on swing plane and proper cocking and uncocking of the wrists.  Then spent about an hour on short pitches... which was a total waste of time... chunking, blading, etc.  I have now decided that I need to find a new instructor to help me with this.....  now to sleep and back to the grind in the morning.  The positive part is that I am hitting my irons and full swing wedges so much better than a couple of months ago -- my swing, contact, low point, etc all continue to improve.
