Green Speeds at Your Course

Several courses in my area have TifEagle and they do not overseed in the winter time.  During the warm growing months when heavy traffic, they are usually 7 to 9.  Once we get cold(er) weather and a frost the color of these greens gets very dark looking...almost a blackish tint to them.  When that happens...the speed of them gets upwards of 10 to 11.  Since they aren't growing, they mow them usually only once or twice a week but roll them every other day.

Driver: TM RBZ 9.5
Fairway metals: TM RBZ 3 wood
Hybrids: TM RBZ 3, 4 and 5
Irons: TM Burner 1.0 6 thru LW stiff steel shafts
Putter: Ping B60
Ball: TM Tour Preferred X or ProV1x

      Most the stuff I found on Instagram and just copy and mix it up. a few of my favorites: Clean>Squat>Press> March Around the body >catch >Squat> press I also hold a the kettle bell upside down with both hands on the handle. Squat when I stand back up I lift the kettlebell up over and behind my head and hold then repeat

      Not sure this is the best thread but, if the rain holds off, today is my 1st round of the year.  Getting ready I can not find my Shot Scope.  I guess I put it away too well for the winter and thus that is may "Winter Depression".  I'm sure I put it somewhere that made sense at the time.
