That's fine, Mike, but you only have about 17 days left in your January Birdie Challenge. February will be a bitch if you can't get January, but at least you have 29 days this year. 😄

Love the challenge, I'll do my best.

Love this.  and I'm playing weekly league at my home course this year.   so, should log the rounds to do it.   however, #11 is impossible to birdie.

Three birdies today, got #12 which is a big one. Best hole to make birdie because it typically holds up for a skin.

I won't play this course again until next January, but I did have five birdies on the Stadium Course at PGA West....

Which course are you playing for the challenge? (I could just look it up myself… okay, so… Oh, you haven't added yourself to the spreadsheet yet.)

Damn you Guys!

I’ve played 5 rounds so far this year, and have had 4 birdies, but none on my home course...   But then, I’m not anywhere near as good at this silly game as you are!  😑

7 birdies today, six repeats and checked off the 11th hole.

So are you almost done for January?

Looks like… 4, 8, 10, 14 left?

Saturday, we had a "Shamble" tournament.  I made 4 birdies, but won't count those as I wasn't playing off of my own tee shot every time.  Too bad though, as I birdied the #1 handicap hole on the course.  Played Sunday, and managed 2 birds.

Yep.

It's going to be tough. I hardly ever birdie 4 or 8. Probably have my highest scoring average on 4, it's a really awkward drive for me and the green is effectively small, just doesn't fit my eye.

Finally got on the course this weekend. Got in two rounds with 8 birdies and 2 eagles checked off my list. I had 6 birdies and an eagle today. Only repeats were I eagled a par 5 that I birdied on Saturday and I birdied 18 both days. Don’t know when I’ll be able to get out again though.

I like to track this every year so I can see which holes take me the longest. 2018 I'm pretty sure I got them all off the silver tees and it was the last par 3 that took me the longest. 2019 I think I was 1 or 2 short.  Right now the Golf Canada website appears to be a bit messed up and has already butchered a couple of my scores for 2020 but I always put in hole by hole and it tracks them under "ultimate scorecard" once you have enough rounds in. I like to play silver and blue tees but to birdie every hole off the blue tees would be a real stretch for me. Only managed to get out 3 times this year due to snow and we played back 9 twice one time, front nine twice another time and all 18 the last time. I got one birdie each time so have 10, 6 and 4 checked so far.

Just signed up. We generally rotate between two courses relatively evenly, but I picked the one where I play in the men's league since that is technically my home course. Unfortunately, West Michigan dictates that it will likely be a while before I can start checking anything off the list. I did pitch this idea to my buddies though, so we are all going to track it across the two main courses we play and throw a little wager on it to make it more interesting.
