What One Thing Changed Your Game the Most?

For me, it's game management: knowing where to aim, and knowing where NOT to aim.  For example, if water is right of green and pin is front right, aim to middle of green. I also found it's better to aim to right side of fairway on dogleg left, or left side of fairway for dogleg right. This may make the next shot slightly longer but the angle is usually better, and avoids trouble (like trees)  usually strategically placed on inside of dogleg.
