I learned how to cut my husband’s hair so he won’t have to pay someone else to do it anymore.

You mean the Classic Asian Rice Bowl cut?....just askin for a friend.

My mom tried it on me in the 1960's to save a bit of money...not a good look.....nuff said.

You guys all had teen, or prepubescent, crushes on these women.  They're all in their late 80's.  And you're not.

Traffic is significantly lighter. Makes it easier and safer for me to go about my workday.

I don't have to see random restaurant customers walk out of the bathroom without washing their hands.

I'm seeing a lot more couples/families out for walks when the weather is nice.

Traffic here is almost non-existent.  Weird.  Almost a ghost town.  Where before in the late afternoon I couldn't find a parking space, now there are 100's!

And the walkers on my residential street have gone from about 50 a day to about 250.  I mowed my lawn yesterday and had to wave "Hi" to about 40 walkers... mostly strangers.  I think they're busing into my 'hood.

What recipes?   Always looking for anything quick and easy.

We did curbside grocery pickup for the first time too!    I'm becoming an older millennial!

The pizza joint we always go to is giving you a roll of TP with every take out order. We joked that it could be taken one of two ways. LOL

Good one.  Now you'll have to start hoarding pizza.

For me the biggest positive of this quarantine that is taking place in some countries, is that the Earth is benefiting.  Less cars are being driven, factories run and less pollution is happening.  Apparently the canals of Venice have gone back to being clear and fish being visible.  I guess you could call it a natural reset for many urban areas

I think a possible positive long-term will be bringing back closeness with family. Every time I go in the Walmart by my house there is always people buying backyard games and boardgames. Kind of neat to see. Also, could be a normal thing after this for distance learning for high school students. And maybe @Vinsk can offer his thoughts, but maybe we will see more online consultations with doctors for routine things.

A who's your celebrity crush topic should be started.

    • I think it’s funny as f’’   No surprise you guys don’t get it lol
    • Today went better.  Range session before the round went well.  Decided to go with a slightly stronger grip with the left hand.  Putting practice went well too. Just working to trust the speed, so I can work on the line more.  Can’t say that I fully trusted it today, but it still went better. First hole is a par 5 that’s pretty wide open, the only hole really that you could go almost anywhere… and I tested that out well. Hit my driver about 60yds right of the fairway.  Managed to put 2iron just short of the green, in the bunker.  Hit to a couple feet for a birdie.  Managed to birdie the next 2 holes as well. After that drive and the previous days experiments, it was going to be 2iron the rest of the day. The 4th hole is 450yds.  There is OB left and penalty area right.  Hit 2 iron down the middle, left me at 200yds in. The remaining par 5’s 10 and 18 (both around 500yds), I hit two 2 irons to be on or right next to the green.  Got birdies out of them.  Ended day with 6 birdies.  But, I missed a GIR on 4 holes, had one 3 putt, and thus 5 bogies.  Day was a -1, 70.  This leaves me right in the middle of the pack going into the final day tomorrow. I want to try and get my driver working in the morning, but I may just end up doing 2iron again all day.  I know I can get birdies, I just have to try and reduce the mistakes.
    • I'm a "Mrs. Carey Barzeski" even for my wife type of person. A few people have the nickname field filled out, and many have avatars/profile pics. If they're a Dr., that is their title, and I just have to remember whether they identify as male or female. 😄
