6 Irons Swing
1. Feeling more pressure under the left foot from A4 to A5. Then feeling like I push off with my left leg only from A6 to A7.
2. Still a bit of right side forward as well
3. Backswing is just a slower backswing, keeping my arms more passive.
Driver Swing - Same feeling as above.
1. I didn't know how much getting that left leg to extend would help clean up my contact and increase my turn rates. I should have been working on this more since it was one of my priority pieces.
We’ve talked this point to death. He didn’t put on 40lbs of lean muscle mass. His size gains are normal for someone whose daily caloric intake and workout routine has significantly increased over the course of a year or possibly longer.
He’s always seemed like an entitled tool to me, even before the transformation.
The answer to both of these for me is no. Gaining swing speed without being accompanied by an increase in accuracy would make golf harder for me. And holy shit that thing is expensive.
Why would you assume that, though? I’d assume most people would see similar results as the guy in the video. If I could gain 20 yards and hit it straighter it’s a no brainer.
