Or any big name!

its Tiger this and Tiger that!

he’s lousy! 3 or 4 over and some nobody is 6 to 8 under on the day and is lighting it up and never gets mentioned! And its Tigers pic on pga app too every time!

sometimes I think the pros are nothing more than prostitutes!
selling out the game of golf for a buck!

and it the working man who suffers, who can’t afford to play cos the pros and manufacturers drive up the cost and put it out of reach of the ordinary working man! Shame!

I love seeing big names teeing it up, especially in majors. I also love seeing them playing well, but I also like to see an underdog top the leaderboard every once in a while. While I get your point that the big-name pros may be on the highlight reel a little too much, well, they’re not called “big names” for nothing, are they?

I’m really an easy going laid back sort of guy! But golf gets me going!

I love to see a good chip in or a hole out from the bunker!
There you are! That’s not negitive or critical!

While your opinion may have a valid point, Tiger drives the TV ratings which bring in the big money.   When he's not playing the advertisers don't get the same bang for their buck.

The constant coverage of Tiger when he's playing is my favorite part of it.  This means I can turn on the TV and see how he's doing.

You must have really hated the 2019 Masters. Nothing but Tiger, Tiger, Tiger...

I'm watching a tape delayed version. I'm with the OP. Gee, I could be watching the noncompting, club pro marker playing, and it wouldn't be that much different. Watching Tiger miss the fairways, fly the greens, and 3 putt is really exciting. Is the excitement watching a icon melt down?
