This Poor Lady Trying to Walk Up an Icy Street Made Me Laugh So Hard

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Seriously, that poor lady.  I am surprised she didn't give up and go around after about 3 attempts.

Reminds me of a long long time ago here in California we actually had a small dusting of snow and my mom wanted to take some home movies of me and my older brother on the front lawn. Of course the driveway was iced over and our mom just told us be careful around the ice and what does she proceed to do? Slips right there on the patch of ice and busts the projector camera I think it was one of those 8mm ones my dad was pissed about that one and she was okay more pride hurt than anything else.

    • Day 71: August 4 2021: Grip work, I mean my grip sucks. So I worked on it for ten minutes then hit some chips.
    • Day 161.  Tonight after dinner I spent ten minutes hitting 7-iron shots (indoors, off a mat, into the net, real balls).  The rehearsal and full swings were slow, with the intent that if it were outdoors, I'd hit the shot about 100 yards.

    • Ok, my missing rounds from earlier in July are now loaded. I had given up and did not use it the past 2 weeks.
    • Oh, for sure.  There are plenty of PGA Tour players of my height and weight.  They hit it far further than I do    And speaking of driving distance, I really should return to Speed Sticks.  In fact, I'm going to move them from my golf room (why are they there?  I don't swing them inside) to the door to my loggia so I can use them tomorrow outside.
