That kind of depends on where in Ohio you are going to be. Up in Cleveland not until at least March. Down in Columbus area there are a bunch of courses which stay open year round... mostly. 

If you are any where near Columbus we could probably make it work.

So, in general, he's saying... July.  Don't be offended, our season here doesn't start until August.
