For a while it was Stella Artois. Now I've moved to Newcastle Brown Ale. Problem is it seems to give me a headache after I drink it. No other beer has ever done that.

If you're a wine fan, try a Malbec. Very, very smooth. Had it for the first time last month and the wife bought me a bottle for Valentine's day. Can't wait to pop it open.

Food...my two guilty pleasures are a Joey Bag of Doughnuts at Moe's and a good pile of Chinese food. Kung Pao or Garlic Chicken. Mmmmmmmm.

Tuna on wheat with swiss, lettuce and tomato

LOL, well there are worse things to be addicted to. Personally I'm very partial to Glen Levit and a good cigar.

ever tried a waffle sandwich?

potato waffles, with crispy lettuse, pickles and smooth cheese, sandwiched in lightly toasted bread with mayo... hot or cold does the job!

Burgers and fries at the course where I spend the most time.
Ghirardhelli 86% chocolate. It's hard to find, so I've recently discovered Kallari.
FAGE 0%, the plain yogurt made with whole milk and added cream, with Huajilla honey.
Decaf coffee with lots of cream.
Produce from the local farmer's market.

Umm, this reminds me, life is good.

I dont know why, but im addicted to banana smoothies right now. Specifically banana and avocado smoothies.

Wait, banana and avocado?! I like bananas, I like avocados, but together? That sounds pretty funky! In a weird way.
