Can't say I remember and I've only been tracking stats a few months so that's all I have to reference. This year I've had 4 a couple of times. Unfortunately in each instance negated by doubles or worse later in the round. There's been a couple of times I was under par through 12-13 holes before losing my head. Actually birdied the first two holes on one occasion. I am hoping to get away from that next season with practice. All in all pleased with my progress considering prior to 2012 I hadn't owned golf clubs since 1999.

Couple months ago - 5 birdies in the first 7 holes. 18 hole total was still 2 over.

My father, Herbie Abraham, recorded 9 Birdies in a single round ! The tournament

was the 1979 Memphis Golf Assn. SR. City Tournament, which he won by 7 strokes !

We checked on P.G.A. SR. Tour record for most birdies in a single round, It was also

9 Birdies, which was set by Bernard Launger. Imagine an Amatour tieing a record set

by a TOP SR. Tour player !!! Currently working to certify above 9 Birdies as a TN. SR.

In the Round of 16 today in the Copper Creek Men's League "Club Championship" I had 5 birdies on the front and 8 for the round (7 coming in the 14 holes the match was still alive).  Made two doubles and carded a 66 (-3).  1 was a chip in from about 35' and another came on a 20 foot putt, but the rest were from inside 12 feet (with two being two putts, one from the fringe).

I missed a birdie putt inside 4' on 4 and a really well struck 8' on 13 and 2 longer birdie putts were short in the jar.

I turn in all my scores, but consider myself a good 6 at the moment.  The CR is 64.8 from the blues where we played today with a slope of 113.  Today's 66 was the lowest I have shot anywhere other than a par 3 course and only the 2nd time I have been under par.  My index will probably be sub-6 next revision.

Four birdies in nine, five birdies over eighteen is my record.  Both in the same round.  I did have four birdies in one round one other time.  I've had three birdies in a round a lot.

I've had a few 5 birdie rounds that I can remember. I generally don't get a lot of birdies though. Need a putter for that.

Five in one round.  Do it about once every 5 years.  Getting 2 in a round is fairly rare for me so I tend to recall the rounds with 4 or 5.

Just for the record, I wasn't accusing you of cheating or sandbagging or lying or anything like that ... I was simply acccusing you of possibly not having an accurate TST bio.

Also for the record, I consider myself a pretty good 6 as well, and my most birdies in 9 holes is 3, and most in 18 is also 3.

4 for my lowest 9 hole score of 33.  5 in 18 holes (not the same round) and only managed to shoot 76.  I've got skilz........ :8)

4 birdies and an eagle for 9 (shot30), added a  birdie on the back and still "only" shot 70.

I think the most I have this year is 3 for 9 holes or 4 for 18 holes.....

When I was about a 5 handicap, I had 5 birdies and an eagle in a row (with a triple before....), which is also the most holes I've played under par in one round.  These days, one a round is about the norm for me.

I had 5 birdies on the front 9 this year

And,

I've had 7 birdies in one round.......some how both of these rounds did not end up under par....


Couple months ago - 5 birdies in the first 7 holes.

18 hole total was still 2 over.
