Former Dolphins coach Brian Flores alleges Dolphins owner Stephen Ross offered him $100,000 per loss during the 2019 season in order to ensure...

In another tweet, the executive director of Jackson’s foundation Kimberley Diemert said they had records that would support Flores’ case and wrote that Jackson and team executives Sashi Brown, Paul DePodesta, and Andrew Berry — who is now the team’s General Manager — were paid bonus money to tank in 2016 and 2017. Jackson replied by saying he “can back up every word I’m saying.”

The NFL, man…

You can reload faster in the NFL than almost any other league or sport. Apparently, tanking intentionally helps.

Some talks on the sports networks is that the NFL should go to the NBA lottery route. Where you are not guaranteed a 1st round pick if you end up in last place.

Like the worst 15 teams get into the lottery. You do have a higher chance of winning the lottery for spots if you do end up last.

Yea, no owner should be allowed to do that.

That's so odd if its true.

Getting the first over-all pick is one thing. Having any clue what to do with it is another.
I don't think The Browns have exactly set the world on fire with their draft prowess.

My bag is an ever-changing combination of clubs.

A mix I am forever tinkering with.

Imagine you tank for two seasons. How many draft picks can you get by then trading out of the 1st round? Trading the #1 overall pick can get a lot of draft picks.

    • I would say your back nine is the second nine you play that day. It's part of what makes getting some of those holes tougher. Or, if 18 holes are played pretty often, out of A, B, and C, and you often play A and C, A is the front and C is the back, regardless of the order you play them in. That way not birdieing C #7 isn't overcome by birdieing the easier A #7 on a day you played it C-A instead of A-C. But, at the end of the day, nobody really cares except yourself.
