Why do all the tour players wear something on their heads?

Did you see that Japanese guy wearing a cowboy hat last year in the PGA evets? It's kinda cool. I think someone needs to wear a beret or something to spice things up.

I think the guy who said the deal about awareness is right. Sure they make the endorsement money, but a lot of these guys are from the first generation to actually work out, eat right, and train like athetes... It only makes sense that they realize and have been told that skin cancer will happen if they end with a leatherface like tom kite...

well in the cases of JOnathan Byrd and Jim Furyk it's so you don't see that their BALD........


If I were on tour, I'd skip the hat and just tattoo my forehead. Of course my sponsor would have to offer me a long term contract.
