Is Tiger Woods 09 a pretty decent game? I still have a PS2 so who knows how fast it will load or if the graphics are half as good. But any goods or bads on the game? Should i put it on the Christmas List?

For PS3, it is basically the same game as 08, except you have to maintain your ratings by doing challenges with Haney. It gets old quick, and I usually love video games. I sold the game back and am now spending more time doing the real thing.

I've played it for the 360 as well as the Wii. All around I thought the Wii was better just because you actually have to swing the club right. Instead up moving the analog stick up and down. But I really liked how it was more difficult than the easiest game alive, Tiger Woods 08.

I actually found 08 to be unplayable, but have beaten 09 in a variety of ways on my 360.

Sure, I wish I could play a new Links, but it's good.

I have 08 for Xbox 360 and think it's pretty good. 09 didn't seem like enough of a difference to buy though.

Beware. From what I can tell, the PS2 game is significantly different from the Xbox/PS3 versions. (No Haney; no club tuning, etc.) I was extremely disappointed with the gameplay and found the '09 version inferior to the '07 and '08 versions for PS2.

It's quite enjoyable on the 360, I've had it since launch but haven't even delved into the single player, I mainly just play online with a group of friends when the weather is too bad to swing the real sticks.

I don't know about PS2 but I have it for 360 and can't stop playing it months after I bought it. Helps in the winter when going to a real course is out of the question.

I have it for the wii and I absolutely love it. I've played the '07 version before (never played '08) and this version is MUCH more robust. Definitely helps ease the "itch" to play on the field during the winter season. Plus, with the cost of the game approximately the same as one round you can't go wrong.

I've had it for the 360 since release and received the Wii version for Xmas. I've got to say the Wii version is hands down more fun than the 360 version. The club tuner on the 360 version just makes it way too easy, it basically turns every course into a pitch and putt, especially if you play online.
