just got finished watching my first masters (tivo'd) and i have to say it was very exciting great entertainment. but whats the deal with all the "get in the hole" crap. even nick faldo was like "oh come on not at augusta" is it just me? does anyone else find that garbage annoying?

I remember my first Masters. Not too long ago. I'm glad you liked it. I show it to friends most years, even non-golfers. And they find themselves enjoying it.

As for the "get in the hole" comments... yeah, it annoys most of us. The only thing that bugs me more is when someone yells "get in the water!"

      Have slowly been working on hooding my long irons less. Using a much more neutral grip and a feel of swinging above the waist. This was the 2nd swing today. A clean clip with a 4-iron with what seems like an okay centered pivot and decent balanced finish.

      Nobody is getting close and Scottie is not letting them. BDC could've had a shot without that awful Thursday. He shot 16 under on the last three days.
