Pall position in stance?

Ok so when do you line up the ball in the front, middle, or back of your stance? Where do you place it when driving, approaches, putting?

Assuming that your right handed, usually a general rule of thumb is for the driver position the ball in the front of your stance, just inside of the left foot. Wedge shots I play in the middle of my stance with my feet a bit closer together. This link should be of help.

I don't know if it is true, but I recently read somewhere that if you are right handed and right eye dominant that you need to place the ball a little less forward, more towards the center. I have read also that two plane swingers, need to place it more forward than one plane swingers. If you put talc down on the grass when you practice it is easier to see where the bottom of your swing is than from the divot. I take my divots in front of the ball so that can be deceptive.
