I put 4 dots in a square around the titleist logo and have to put a line on the left side of the logo.

3 circles colored in
first one is blue (for me - daddy), then a purple one (for mommy), then a pink one (for my daughter)
similar to the 3 circles on the new scotty's, but different colors
but it is always on the opposite side of the writing on the Nike's or Pro V's
"My swing is homemade - but I have perfect flaws!" - Me

Do you do that with

Yes! I used to put just one, maybe two flowers. But the guys were picking it anyways. With flowers all over the ball, they take one look and back off.

My chix stix:

Burner Woods and Hybrids

Using a red Sharpie I put a 'X' through the number on both sides of the ball (about 1/2 " in size). The red makes it easy to spot even from a distance and I've never even found a ball with that same marking.

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

I use a line em up tool and go over the line provided by Titleist for putting. Then on on side I make a little logo of an H and A combined. My wife and son's first name initals.

I put something on each ball, it just depends on the mood and my daughter. My 8 year old loves to color so if I bring a dozen balls in the house with a bunch of Sharpies she wants to help. Sometimes I just let her loose to do what she wants. Other times we will come up with something creative. Each ball is usually the same per dozen, but the markings can change each dozen. If I play in a scramble, I will mark a bunch of old balls with an 'X' over the logo. That way I know it is mine, but if I hit in the trees or OB or can't find it right away, it is no big loss.

I will judge my rounds much more by the quality of my best shots than the acceptability of my worse ones.

I use a symbol that looks like the old Bad Dog tshirt dog's head. (All triangles, like that character was drawn.) Only in green sharpie so far. It does make 'em easy to identify. (And from a distance, too.)

In my bag:
Taylormade SLDR 430 10.5 degree driver

Cobra sz hyper steel 3 wood
A7 19 degree hybrid
Taylormade 2008 TP irons 4 through pw

Mizuno JPX 52, 56, 60 degree wedges

White hot XG #9 putter

above the logo in blue marker (with the dots colored in). People who see it usually call it 'morse code' or something, but I bet a fellow mathematically-inclined golfer could figure it out ;)

Nothing in the swing is done at the expense of balance.

I write:

"I stole this ball from a fairway"
- A. Hole

or

"I left this ball in the woods to mark where
my beloved dog of 22 years is buried. Thanks
for leaving it so I can come back next weekend."

In my Acuity bag:

I mark my initials on one side of the ball, and usually write a 'colorful' and 'unique' phrase on the other side that isn't suitable for discussion on a family message board.

    • Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word. Have Fun, iSank

    • Eh. He broke ONE of Tiger's records. Youngest to be ranked #1 in AJGA. It didn't help that Tiger's birthday is in late December, or that Tiger didn't play many AJGA events before he was 15. • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
