I think that is a little high. I would call local courses and see if they can recommend someone that does it on the side. If you know what shaft you want I would look on ebay to buy it. I see them at maybe 2/3 the price. Just make sure you do some research and buy the correct sized tip.

Local places run $25 for a graphite reshaft, maybe a few bucks more to throw a ...

Yup. You'll also have to factor in the cost of a grip, too.

Shafts can range very widely in terms of costs. I've never dabbled with the high cost models...my game can't distinguish those subtleties.

Hello. I am thinking of getting a new shaft (UST Axivcore Tour Green) on an old driver (TM R7 Quad). Any idea how much reshafting a club would cost?

Driver isn't worth the amount you'd spend on the shaft.

I remember I asked about prices and it started at 70 euro (100 dollars) all the way up to 150 euro (180-200 dollars).

    • Let us know how you do. My formula for a great round is to avoid doubles, hit half the greens, get up and down half the time, and throw in a birdie and its a solid 75 all day long.  And really, to shave a stroke or 2 consistently to get down to a 2 or 3 is a lot harder than it sounds.  Good luck in Jax!
    • Play from the forward tees and keep score. It's easier to break par if you've done it before, even if it's from shorter tees.
    • I am shutting down my game somewhat this year as my right ankle is needing surgery and can only take so much golf. I am down to once a week and have full schedule based on that limited frequency. I appreciate you asking me, but sorry I cannot attend.  thank you, Tom
    • maybe im looking at it all wrong . IDK , tomorrow ill be in Jacksonville playing Hidden Hills. just another chance to get it right lol
    • I watch without the sound and actually have no trouble following along.  It's on right now as I work in my office. ... no sound.
