Dear Steve Marino,
Had it not been for you blowing up the last round of the Farmer's, my team would have been 5 under if you could have simply shot even par. Good job screwing up my team, and thanks for nothing.
yours truly,

Question: does the number of starts each player gets recycle every season? or is it static the whole year?

No, the number of starts is for the entire season, they don't start over each season. So, you have 10 starts for the entire year per player.

Same here, this is my 1st week. thesandtrap group was full, so I'm just playing, trying to get the hang of it for this year. I forgot to shuffle my team for yesterday, and paid the price, only 20 points. But for today, I have a much better line-up. I just have to remember to stay on top of it. One player tied for 2nd, one tied for 4th going into today, so I figure I should be OK.

Because I forgot to go in and update, I had J.B. Holmes and Jim Furyk benched yesterday................oops......Lost a lot of points on that deal.

They're playing today for me though, so today is looking pretty good. I just wish it was on live TV today.

Haha, my Heath Slocum will beat your Heath Slocum! I guess you need to play a Not Entered player to be able to submit your picks. I'm going with Jason Day myself.

    • Day 92 (27 Sep 21) - worked extensively on pre-shot routine today - grip, shot flight, landing area, alignment (shoulders, hips, feet).  Even though I kept the shots to the backyard, the focus was on repeating the setup steps no matter the shot distance, to ingrain a good solid pre-shot routine.
    • Had the opportunity to play it yesterday. Loved it. Fairways were in great shape, greens were fairly quick, a couple were a little spotty, but given the deluges of rain we have been having, I thought the place was in good shape. Great layout, making good use of the rolling landscape.. Not too hard, not too easy, just right. I'lll be back!
    • Cheers to that!🍺 I hope that it is more competitive next time, and I think it will be since EU is setting up the course and will likely get more time practicing it as well. Unlike you, I can't wait for the next one!
    • 2 years is a long way from now. Just think a few years back you would have said Fowler would be a staple of the US team and one of their leaders. He was awful the last 2 season trying to work on his swing. I would imagine this US team will look different and assured the Euro team will be drastically different. And I am ok with that. It is golf.
    • Point taken. I am solely looking at the current OWGR and thinking about who it makes sense to have an upward trajectory on there, and I don't see any EU players that stand out. I do know that there is always a fresh crop of players up and coming, and I wasn't taking that into account.   If you wanted to do something with current top 100 players and how many will be in the top 20 in 2 years time, I might bite, but I don't know about players that aren't on there, so I can't really do that. Point taken here as well😁
