  Not that I’ve seen all of these shows, but it looks like the writers pinched a little of Sense8, added a touch of LOST, sweetened it with a sprig of This Is Us and simmered it in a cop drama.  

   I agree with you, @iacas, three episodes may be the limit.  

    I’m just about through a rewatch of season two of Man In The High Castle.  Although not as stellar as the first, I’m finding it better the second time around.

Right. A plane that goes missing for five years? Interesting.

People hearing voices and solving crimes? C'mon… That was a completely stupid direction to go, IMO.

OK, we watched Magnum PI. As fans of the original, we weren't expecting much. But it was actually good. The casting was good including the lead. They updated the story to today, but the premise and relationships are the same. We'll give it a few more weeks, but so far so good.

BBC's Bodyguard was very good. Not in US yet, will be on US Netflix soon.

So how was Manifest?  I saw the preview but didnt get to watch.  Looked to be a rip off of Lost.  Tough to beat that show.  One of the best for the first 3 seasons.... downhill after that.

I saw the preview of Magnum PI and wanted to check it out but missed it too. 

Did watch the Good Place last night.  Odd start to this season but Kristen Bell is so HOT who cares right???  LOL.  It was a good show in S1 & 2 so I will continue to watch.

Any other good shows you guys recommend?

Manifest - it was interesting seeing all the new New York viewscapes as the show had a lot of locations in western Queens in newly built, gentrified areas. Pretty much new Hunter's Point.

Netflix dropped The Haunting Of Hill House this week.  I’m on the fourth episode, and am in love with it so far.  

Its creepy AF, but it’s setting up what’s hopefully a really great story.  I’ll save my score for the series when I’m done with the binge.

Oh Ya...One of my favorites and the new Doctor is very good.  

I also liked Magnum P.I.  The remake is pretty good.

I gave Manifest 3 episodes...nah...

      I guess small positives, and maybe the PGAT adapts some for like th JD Classic or something, but doing that via LIV is throwing away the baby with the bathwater.   Shotgun - It's fine for a limited courses where finishing on 18th wouldn't matter. Imagine bunch of players at TPC Sawgrass finishing at, well, not the 18th, and holes leading up to it.   Big-time tournaments - Maybe you mean big-time players. I appreciate the idea of a world wide tour and need for outreach to more remote places but unless the handful of elite players play year around and all over the map, that's always going to be a challenge.  Holistically, it's hard to shake off this feeling that LIV golf is simply glorified silly season type golf. If it becomes the main circus, then I would count myself out as a serious fan/viewer. No other sport has felt the need to this kind of makeover and they have their own similar laments.

      Unless a fairway is 80 yards wide, my left misses are in the left rough and my misses are in the right rough. My straight shots wind up in the fairway. But yes, I'm aiming at the middle of the fairway unless there is asymmetric trouble, in which case I might aim well off center. 18 at Sawgrass, I might even be aiming that in the right rough (depending on my game on the day). I have played that hole once and on the day in question I was not missing anything left of my aimpoint, so I could aim at the left edge of the fairway and know that I wouldn't go left of that. That's not exactly my normal though.
