6-0 (barely), 215-220 currently. Need to get back into the 190's, shirts are XL and the occasional XXL (especially if traditional fit with narrower waist). Biggest problem is I have short legs and long torso, so shirts often shrink up to high way too fast.

I am only 5' 11 1/2, about 205, subject to change without notice during winter, but I have long arms and legs for my height. When buying the less expensive brands if they are cotton I only buy the talls. The better brands tend to have longer tails, but for practice I hate destroying a $60.00 or more shirt, JC Penney etc in talls work well.
