Took a look at the score card. Looks like a misprint for hole pars (men) on the Back Nine:

Those 2 par 4's are downhill doglegs that you can cut the corner on. The par 5 17th is back up that hill. The par 5 14 is up hill as well with a tight fairway and a pond near the landing area on a good poke. The score card doesn't match the layout since the recently switched the sides up. There are no rebuilds needed or much room for expansion. The turf is good. They get thier water from a local river. It also has a full clubhouse with a bar area and a seperate dining area. The area is kind of a crappy town and depressed economically so it is hard for them to keep members.
