I recently had my Odissy White Steel #5 shortened from 35" to 32".

This helps me get my eyes over the ball and feel comfortable.

Also had the grip changed to a Fatso light.

I thought this may cause the club to become lighter so I got some lead tape but have not used it yet.

Odd thing is I am killing it on anything inside 7 feet!

Unfortunatly I am way off on longer puts, some I leave very short some way past the hole.

Untill I figure this out I am considering lugging arround 2 putters.

Was thinking about the Snake Eyes SV1 putter.

Anyone used that one and have some advice?

Cutting it 3 inches will change the weighting and feel drastically. I can offer you a solution from us, check out our AMG-18 Blade, it has adjustable weights so even at 32 we can custom fit it to you. It also has our Multi-rebound radial face insert, which gives you the same distance control no matter where you hit it in the face and rolls truer than any putter on the market. Let me know if we can help.

    • Well now there appears to be controversy about the name Guardians. Again what about the name Vikings, which really has a negative connotation to it. Maybe we should stop resorting to naming teams after any human culture or ethnicity.
    • You realize that native Americans were called ‘Indians’ because idiot European explorers like Columbus thought they were in India, right? They were 12,000 miles off. And the stupid name stuck. They never called themselves Indians. They were Wampanoag, Massasoit, Erie, Mohican, Lakota, Apache, etc. They were individual cultures with their own languages. Calling them Indian is equivalent to calling white people rednecks or honkeys.
    • Okay, for reviews… here's the format: Rank the courses in order. Go from your least favorite to your most favorite. Give each course a score from 0-10 on the scale where 5 represents an "average" course in your opinion.^ You can award 0.5 level increments, but that's as fine as you can go. Provide some detail. ^ This isn't a scale where you review something and pan it the whole time, then call it a 7.9. A 5.0 is a 50th percentile course. A 7.5 is a 75th percentile course. 9.5 is 95th percentile. See how that goes? 🙂 Reviews may include whatever you feel is relevant to rank the "experience" of playing the course. If you care about whether the restrooms had a pleasing texture to the wall tiles, go for it. 🙂
    • No, it wasn't. It shared nothing we didn't already know.
    • I added a few to my composite course and have only hole #9 left there.
