Newbie from Scotland.

Hi everyone, I am new to the game of golf. Been playing (going to the range mostly) for the past month. Really enjoying hitting golf balls and can't wait to start playing on a course! I'm still figuring out my swing but definitely have good consistancy....as long as I keep my head down!

I live in Perthshire Scotland, so I'm very close to some great golf courses.

Going to watch the Johnnie Walker at Gleneagles on Saturday with my dad who is collecting money for Colin Montgomerie's charity, 'The Elizabeth Montgomerie Foundation'.

My favourite golfers are Dustin Johnson and Ryo Ishakawa.

I have a really old set of clubs that I was given. Made by Wilson and called Aggressor.

Hope to get a new set sometime soon.

I use a Callaway FT9 driver, again was given to me. A Progen Lob wedge (great club) and my favourite club to hit my Cleveland Launcher 5 wood.

Looking forward to reading everyones posts and advice.
