A high school golf coach once wrote "out of bounce" on the local rules sheet.

What's wrong with that?

The RNA puts out a rule book.

It also gives excellent information about what a hole and one is.

It advises about how to repair dibbets too.

In the race of life, always back self-interest. At least you know it's trying.

I'm more concerned with the fact you have 94 subscriptions :-P

Oddly enough, I don't think I've ever clicked the subscribe button on a thread. :-\ [quote name="iacas" url="/t/59498/the-best-worst-spelling-and-grammar-errors-thread/1000_100#post_1043042"] A high school golf coach once wrote "out of bounce" on the local rules sheet. Well I'm pretty sure it automatically subscribes you when you post on a thread.

Unless you change that setting.

Yeah I am not sure how proud of that moniker I would be....

Proud to be so honoured. Despite the Bruins, Boston is my favourite US city. Love going there.

This "joke" of mine fell flat in its thread, so perhaps it belongs here instead.  (Or, perhaps, I'm just not as funny as I think I am :loco: ) ...

Alex Smith is barely an avergae QB. Im a Niner fan so I've had a front row seat to almost every pass he's ever thrown in this league. He lost his job to Troy Smith mid season for crying out loud.

Are you sure about that?? I thought Alex Smith lost his job because he wasn't doing a very good job at QB. He never seemed like the complaining type to me.

The long game is far easier to improve and has FEWER variables ...

One variable, two variables, three variables...

Kill slow play. Allow walking. Reduce ineffective golf instruction. Use environmentally friendly course maintenance.

The long game is far easier to improve and has fewer variables much more difficult to master and has a far higher SV than the short game...

There, fixed. My goodness, that whole sentence was a typo...
