I just read the whole thing. Felt like I was going in and out of a dream. The font seemed to change size few times.

I am going to have to go home and re-wet my contacts.

Edit:  Can't recollect a single word.

I told you not to do it all at once! Like a bourbon or whisky--just small sips is enough!

Keep the peddle to the meddle. Golfweek kant spel. OTH, peddle passes spell check, or maybe autocorrect was the culprit.

Little known fact:

Many people assume the phrase is "pedal to the metal" in reference to driving a race car fast, and that's actually incorrect.  It's actually "petal to the medal" referring to Jesse Owens' superstitious practice of placing a rose petal in his sock during each of his Gold Medal winning races at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin.

Gold shoes? That is badass! Clearly a typo, but a funny one!

Worked on my pitching this afternoon and almost sweated to death.

Just wanted to update how the pitching technique was working for me. It's getting much better. Primary reason is I am getting bored just pitching around the green so I am making up some games. This evening I tried to fly the ball into the hole. This had some interesting effects on my pitching. First I found I can have tremendous distance control when I am focusing on just hitting a 15.9 square inch circle.  I was a good 15 yards away from the pin and the balls were landing pin high majority of the time, with +/- 1 yard left or right of the pin. Second, it took my mind off technique and focus on target.

If you have a good practice green area, try this out.

Doesn't really fit, but @saevel25 , you ARE an engineer…

The hole is 4.25" in diameter, not 4.5. :)

These were debunked by a Harvard linguist. So, they must be true. ;)

It's probably been posted several times but something I hate SO MUCH is when people say "should of" instead of "should have." Saying "should of" instead of "should have" basically means you haven't read a real book since 2nd grade. It means your understanding of the language is based on what it sounds like and not what the actual words are, which you would have easily picked up on had you been reading.

This would have been funnier if you wrote 'would of' there at the end to see if anybody picked up on it. :-P

    • Yea Club Rat said it. I really enjoyed the Senator and the Judge, then over to Grand National where there a couple good courses plus a fun par 3. The one I do play whenever I visit there is Ross Bridge; something about this course that is just good fun. I hope to play more of the courses in the future, but tomorrow is promised to no one, so hope is the key word. Have Fun, iSank

Did he do any of these things? • Day 56: 4/19/2024 Okay, even though I'll be teeing it up in a tournament in less than a week. I couldn't find time to get to the range today.  I spent time on the indoor putting mat.  And I spent time in front of the mirror with my 7 iron. Then again later with the driver.  I also thoroughly cleaned all my clubs.
