What happened on #2 that got Rory "fired up"?

And what's up with Tiger's driving?  Every time I see Stricker, he's hitting an approach shot from behind some trees

Edit: McIlroy/McDowell just went 2up on the 10th hole and the announcers mentioned something about the Americans' questioning of a ruling backfiring against them.  So I assume that's a reference to whatever happened on the 2nd.

Rory had a long, beautiful chip in for birdie. Tiger drove it bad at the final rounds of the Tour Championship. Seems he's not been able to fix it yet.

GMac didn't get a drop from a sprinkler head, might be that.

Tigers driving - something to do with compressions - someone was trying to explain it yesterday.

He's all over the place but Stricker isn't much better, he found water on the 2nd.  Americans off to a poor start.

If I was to kill myself, it would be probably be after watching Keegan Bradley prepare for a shot......

I'd have to say someone had an Oceans 13 zippo lighter for Dufners putt, haha.

Yeah, either him or Rory. How many freaking times do you need to look up at the hole?  Wish more guys played like Sneds

Yeah, I'd hate to emulate anything Rory does.

It's early, but I don't like looking at the standings board and seeing no stars and stripes.

And now a bit of a back-9 charge by the U.S. Americans!

Wow, Tiger and Stricker are having a stinker. They should be about 4 down at this stage.

Keegan Bradley just closed out the match on 15 thanks to a 30-foot birdie putt . Mickelson and Bradley win the first point for Team USA!

As much flack as American crowds have been getting around TST this season, you can't deny the roars and chants on the course so far. I'm charged up, feeling the energy and I'm just sitting here watching on my laptap!

    • We do not buy extended warranties. We will use one of our credit cards for the purchase that extends the warranty "x 2". Our thoughts are: a. if the item is a lemon, it will likely break right away and we can attempt to apply the original warranty or credit card extension. b. over the long haul, we will probably save more money by not purchasing the extended warranty and fixing/junking broken items out of our own pocket. The important thing is to keep some records of purchases so one may make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty. I recently sent back some Footjoy shoes for leaking and Footjoy did a reat job of making the claim process work very well. I had the original receipt, warrant info and box. Easy peasy.
