What makes the head come off the wall?

In the down the line view I can't seem to stop getting my head from pulling in on the downswing. I've tried standing taller and making my back knee kick in but I still pull back. I dont believe I'm casting as I'm hitting the ball around 280 off the tee. Would love to hear some opinions on what has worked for those who have tried to correct this. I really dont think there are any PGA pros who dont keep their head on the wall.

Yeah, because there are lots of things. The top three (in no particular order):

1) poor balance

2) legs/knees kick towards ball, upper body pulls back

3) desire to create speed and/or route the clubhead into the ball done incorrectly
