They need to get that message to the PGA Tour.

I actually watched the whole thing.  I found the content a bit interesting, but I think there's money to be made by hiring the narrator for an insomnia sound-track -- serious sleep inducing tones there. Liked the cameos by the better known golfers.

This wasn't supposed to be entertainment. It was aimed specifically at and shown to the players. They either paid attention or pay the price.

yup, even on TV the European tour sounds like that. Great for taking a nap on the couch. never seen a full round

PGA tour is allways spectacular.

LOL monotone is still monotone, even with an English accent.

Good stuff though if you can stand sitting through it. Problem is like my club most of the slow players don't think they are slow and will get nothing out of it. But if it helps just one player...

Must be the "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" situation.  The majority of people on the NA side of the ocean would much rather watch and listen to the European announcers, who are much less "full of themselves".  Have you noticed that there is a growing number of announcers on the American telecasts who are not American?  I'm sure there is a valid reason for this.

At the European Tour Tshwane Open Charl Coetzee was handed a one-shot penalty for slow play.

He should have also been handed a further one-shot penalty for confusing people. We already have a Charl Schwartzel and a George Coetzee among our top golfers. Add in a Charl Coetzee and it all just gets too bloody hard to follow ...

Stretch.

Charl(ie) George was an England soccer player but I've never heard of Schwartzel Coetzee.
