Off topic a little, but how many major meltdowns has Stallings had on Tour? It seems like almost every time he is in contention he finds a way to blow it!!!

When Stallings picked up his first win, I thought it was a good story for the week, and figure he'd fade into obscurity. Not only has he won again since then, but he's put himself in positions to prove that he belongs on the PGA Tour. That's all I need to see from him.

No doubt he belongs, I was just referring to his meltdowns...

Stallings' meltdown showed to me just how fragile a pro's psyche is (which makes them not that much different than the rest of us). They're so programmed to successfully execute shots that when they screw one up it just so messes with them - Stallings gakks a pretty much straightforward pitch shot then follows it up with leaving the next one in the bunker. It's like a short-circuit to the brain.
