My brother gave me a great idea.  Said I should flip this video so it looks like I am swinging right handed, and send it in for my next evolvr upload saying I seem to have lost my swing completely. .  I wonder what James would say...

Ha ha, so frustrating to be able to get the shaft more vertical going up left handed but I can't do it right handed.  That's golf. a1_smile.gif

I suspect there is something to be learned from your opposite swing. I have started hitting a few southpaws the last two sessions and am considering making it a permanent part of my practice sessions. If I do I'll probably buy an old lefty club at a garage sale. At the very least it will probably improve my overall balance plus, from the lefty video I recorded, I can clearly learn something from the sensations of a flat RIGHT wrist at impact.

I was at the range with a friend of mine (lefty), and we swapped drivers. I blasted the balls 200 yards straight down the middle on the first shot.

Whiffed the next 2. lol

I'll have to get a video next time.

This is fun!

Since I had the camera set up anyway while training tonight I thought I'd give this a try and film a few swings. This is a full swing with a turned around lob wedge about as fast as I'd do it from the right. I'll have to give making a face on video a try next time as well.

Would it be helpful for your normal swing to practice left handed like this?

Birdies 4 Elephants - raising money and awareness for elephants while out playing golf :)
