I cannot find information online regarding buying and fitting used ping irons. I want a set of the i3s but do not know if I can buy any dot color and have them sized for me or if it's cheaper to get a set of new g20s. How does color coding work for classic irons? If I need a maroon dot can I buy a red dot? Thanks in advance.

http://ping.com/about/clubrepair.aspx has info on which Ping clubs can be adjusted for lie angle and how far. They can tell you how much they charge to modify a set to the proper angle.

They should also be able to provide you with a copy of their older color code chart. Shoot them an e-mail.
