10.4 right now.  Been injured and have not played well the past 6 months.  Short game is the main problem so going to spend a lot of time working on it the next few months and try to get back down to a 7-8 and go from there.

Stayed at 6.5, just not enough scores to go up or down much with the iffy weather and all.

Down to 6.1, dropped 0.4  Just can't seem to get away from a couple bad shots or putts per round.

Im going through the usual "winter" handicap index jump. Up to an 8.9 with isnt really fun. Warmer weather and carts off the path this weekend and things will turn back around quickly. Ill be a 5-6 index in two months.

Haven't updated profile in a while.  Up to 16.6 now from 13.2 :~(.  But with crazy variation.  I don't have near a full 20 yet on the new GHIN profile since rejoining, and really need to roll off a couple of big uglies from last fall.

The swing "rebuild" (I'd probably call it an initial build since my old one was just 25+ years of athletic-ish whacks that changed from day to day) is going great, so I'm really looking forward to a great year.  My all time low is 9.1 (~5 years ago).  May be unrealistic to make it back there in one season, but I'd sure love to get under 12...then go for uncharted territory next season!

My index was static at 9.6 since November 1 since our season was closed. I've posted three scores since April 1 and am now at 9.7. Not unusual for me, as my index always goes up a little the first 3-4 revisions.  but I am determined to stop that trend this year.

Haven't had a round that counts since last fall. Maybe I can swing a club a couple of times, see if I can hit a ball and get something postable before the May 1 revision.

I suck - up to 9.8 from 9.1

I've only played twice since November but both were ugly

First revision and no change. Only played once and it didn't factor.

Golf life in the midwest! ........it's the same cycle every year.  GHIN shuts down until March1 which doesn't matter because I didn't pick up a club for 4 months during that time period anyway.

I have 11 rounds posted so far in 2017.   I started the year at 0.8 and the current index is 2.7 and trending higher.  I still have a few lower 70's scores to bump from last year, and then I get to see where the dust settles.  This is how I see it...... I see where the state of the game is after winter... then it's time to get the rust off................    My goals are minimal..... get back to where I was or a little better......  I just need a little time...let the fun begin!

Mine is accurate, but probably not official. I use the Swing by swing App and record all of my rounds on it. It uses the official formulas, but I have no idea if it is recognized as official.

Shot a decent round at the outing yesterday but it still bumped my handicap up to a 4.9.  And it's almost certainly going to spike some more because my 3 best rounds in my last 20 are the 3 oldest.
