My first golf lesson

So today at 11am, I had my first " actual " golf lesson with a PGA Pro, and WOW!!!!   in the hour that he spent with me, and with the few things he adjusted in my approach to the ball / stance / and stuff he told me about my swing,  he had me hitting my 8 iron a good 20-25 yards farther and a lot straighter too!!    I was usually about 120 right on the nose with my 8 iron with a bit of a fade to the right, and he had me hitting out to 145 to 150 yards..

I use to think getting lessons was Ehhhh , but after this one lesson I'd seriously recommend anyone who is looking to improve their game to seek out getting lessons... it's well worth the $$
