Just my opinion. And Brandel Chamblee's. He's the only one with the guts to say anything bad about Tiger on the GC.

Haha, that's called self-marketing. If you actually listen to him with reason, it won't take more than 10 seconds for you realize how much of an idiot he is. He comments on Weswood going to Foley as being a terrible decision in part because he's too old to assimilate the kind of changes Foley will ask him to make. Well let's look at that again. How the heck does he know what Foley and Westwood are working on? Don't confuse his eloquence with bullshit as guts. Last I checked, he had one win on tour. Neither is known as an expert in swing mechanics or the management of pressure during big tournaments. I can understand when Faldo or Miller have things to say, they earned their mettles. Not Chamblee.

Lol fantastic rebuttal..... Anyway back on topic... I'd originally said Rory but will have to bump him to second after watching more swing videos of Scott's.

I would explain why but to be honest, I'm way too lazy right now to write a long post.

It may not be the prettiest (fundamentally speaking) but you gotta admit it looks pretty cool and that's Dustin Johnson.

If I had to pick one, it would probably be Rory's. Fluid and powerful, just great to watch him go through the ball.

I like Grant Waite's swing a lot, as well as Tiger's, Dufner's, Roses's, and Adam's Scott's.

If I had to pick, though, I'd probably take Waite's. It's pretty much everything I've been working on for over a year.

Hogan is probably the top answer here, but has anyone mentioned sam snead?

So pretty and effortless, too.

And, maybe just for the sake of sticking it to the man, Jim Furyk?

Probably one of the 50-somethings on the Champions Tour.

I volunteered at the Senior PGA in May. Many players had a swing with a compact take-away, good explosion through the ball, and a balanced/half-punch followthrough.

I can't make the big sweeping swing of Tiger and Rory without hurting myself.

From seeing myself on video, my recent normal swing probably would be classified as a three-quarters swing. If I try to set my hands at the top much above my right ear, my right hip is really sore by the back nine.

Focus, connect and follow through!

    • I do not follow amateur or Korn Ferry tour but this story might get me to pay attention. At age 15 to be as accomplished as he is makes me think we may be seeing a future star.  A story of him breaking out may help reinvigorate golf viewership. Miles Russell has a hot start, cools off but finishes with a 68 in first Korn Ferry event Miles Russell, a 15-year-old Jacksonville Beach resident, made his Korn Ferry Tour debut on...
    • Day 8: Indoor backswing work, mostly rehearsals of takeaway. Hit some balls wtih 6-iron working on adding flow, but not too Much which I tend to do, swaying too far away from target.
    • Day 55: 4/18/2024 Got to the range again today. Planned to do my priority pieces and then hit targets with irons. But after my priority pieces I hit a few drives and tugged them all hard left. .... Uh... oh boy.  So, I spent about a half hour trying to hit targets at the range with my driver.
    • Day 126 (18 Apr 24) - Trail arm only drill with the LW…focused on letting the club drop, engaging the bounce and letting the club pop the ball up….wrapped up by repeating drill with both hands on the club…
    • OPPs, I guess I have been doing the drill incorrectly, just ignore this.  But as they say, mistakes are learning opportunities. Let’s hope I can learn from mine.
