Nice! I used to have a 59 Les Paul standard but sold it a long time ago.

Still have a 57 strat, an early 90s custom shop Explorer, a mid 90s Taylor 710 and a 2001 Martin 00028 I want a STANDARD!!

I used to play Trombone is middle and high school...lord was that an adventure. I quit playing a few years back and just picked up a Peavey Millenium 4 BXP Bass Guitar that I've been playing around with. Once I get more free time, I'll take some lessons.

How did I miss this thread? I play saxophone, guitar (Taylor 815ce, La Petrie classical, Fender tele, Fender bass), and just a touch of piano. Music has been a part of my life for a long time. Glad to see some musicians out there.

Played piano when i was young, but i probably couldnt even remember chop sticks now. Played sax in middle school but id be rusty. Currently play both acoustic and electric guitar and i love it. Next to golf and work, music probably takes up most of my spare time.

me too!!! cept minus the clarinet...yikes! i was always a sax man. i've had the oportunity to gig/tour with several well known regional artists here in the south. now that i'm focusing on finishing up my school, i actually have time for golf again.

I did some touring too and played with a bunch of big names in the past, but I got to the point where I hated the music industry. I wanted to love music again so I left the BIZ and chased other dreams. I still do some recording though.

I'm in the cesspool of the South...Florida. It has its good points and several hundred bad points. I used to live in Colorado and I do miss the mountains, but there is something about the South I always missed (and it wasn't the Atlanta traffic).

i play flute, piccolo (which is a kinda miniature flute), piano, guitar and i sing a lot. reached grade 5 in all except picc where i dnt take grades n flute where i reached 8.
