Id keep your current GW and go with a 54 and 58.  IMO, with stronger lofted, GI irons; the 56 and 60 degree wedges are too weak.

Whats in my :sunmountain: C-130 cart bag?

Kinda depends on the clubs, my pw is a big cavity back and goes farther than a wedge of the same loft. Smash factor and forgiveness I guess

I believe that the degree of loft is more significant than cavity or blade unless you hit the ball all over the face of the club. Sixty yards is huge in the OPs case.

Wouldn't smash factor change? And maybe he is

Other than loft, the only other thing I can think of that might (might) make that difference is one real lively shaft and one that's pretty dead.  Ranges very a lot depending on your swing.  With my normal sort of slow easy wedge swing I hit my 50* gap wedge right about 100 yards, my 54* sand wedge right about 80-85, and my 58* about 65-70 max.  I'm NOT saying those are somehow preferable distances, but I think the distance gaps are about right for the sequence.  I'd have that 56 measured, because it sounds more like what I'd expect of a 60.

Yeah that seems about right, but is on the higher end of gaps, I have a 15 yard gap but hit it a little farther

I'll take my range finder out to the range and try to get some exact gap yardages. FWIW: My 50 has a true temper s300, and my 56 has an s400.
