I disagree......I've been playing EA Sports NHL games since the 91-92 NHL Release. There has always been at least a couple of new features. I guess this may not be true for the Tiger Woods Golf series, but I know it is for the NHL series.

Although NHL 94 is still (imo) the pinnacle of fun for video game hockey.

Totally, did you ever find the bug in the game where you just go straight up ice to the opposing goalie and pass instead of shoot? Straight through the five-hole every time. I won games like, 55 to 3 all the time.

A few faults with Tiger 08 which I think should be sorted by 09.
-No putting help, it's far too easy.
-On putting, how far you pull back the club should dictate how hard you hit it, not if you mark it next to the hole then you pull it back fully.
-You should be able to choose what colours you want your clothes.
-For the worse player you should be able to hit the ball thin/fat.
-Caddies! That you can actually see and talk to and who carry your clubs.
