I really like the look of it. Pretty unique idea to have the option of moving the CoG forward or back in the club though I wonder just how far it actually moves. Soon I bet there will be a club come out with sliding weights around the back of the club and front to back like this one. If it is high launch and low spin I'd game it !

I just can't buy in to all these adjustments.   If I do my part with a non-adj driver I've found that works for me, it goes straight.     If I mess up, it hooks or slices.    Its the best club in my bag.    If you're a tinkerer by nature, all those adjustments would be great ... they're just not for me.

Its interesting to see Mizuno going back to sliding weight technology, which they had long before the SLDR came out, BTW.  (Mizuno pioneered the technology with their Fasttrack drivers years ago)  I am a bit surprised to see them coming out with another JPX driver, when in the past theyve alternated between MX/JPX drivers and MP drivers.  Perhaps they are abandoning the concept of a player's driver.

I like the color.  Mizuno never seems to put as much effort into their woods, which is a shame.

FWIW, I asked my fitter about movable weights back when TM and others had 3 or 4 gram weights.  He didn't really think they helped at all. Some of the newer version have a much larger weights now.

My MP650 fairway would like to voice its disapproval. Probably the best value I've ever gotten for a club purchase. I'd put it up against most drivers off the tee.

As far as abandoning the MP line of woods, I highly doubt it. You'd lose tour players over that, plus there's the very lucrative domestic Japanese market. Mizuno doesn't only concern itself with one country, it's popular worldwide.

The point of all the adjustments is to allow you to be fitted and dialed in without having to have a club fitting rack full of all the combinations that that one adjustable driver can provide. So it is for the ease of fitting  and most will say once you are dialed in then you just leave it alone. If you buy a club online that is glued in that doesn't fit you then you have no options but to sell it but an adjustable driver likely has a setting somewhere on it that fits the large majority of golfers. I personally love it because that means that all of the companies are much more likely to offer lefty clubs because one club can provide most all of the loft options.

and a few more gaming their woods.

I absolutely think they get in business with this driver.

Colors are great to. Looks better than the Nike Covert II ( red color ) i personally hate that.

I like the blue color. I wish the adjustment on the bottom went more forward, but its an interesting idea.
