I've been to all the restaurants in the video. No, I'm not related to that guy with the small noodle place. I can confirm, there has been a spate of places opening that feature real, good authentic Chinese, there's more variety in Toronto or Vancouver and it's not up there with HK, Taiwan or China, but getting there.

I’ve had a lot of meals in China and frankly liked them all. I’ve had some exotic stuff two like pigeon and snake, but for the most part, similar flavors to what you would expect but different presentations. A lot of there restaurants are in malls over there.

The weirdest thing I saw in a menu was below. I think they needed a better translation.😀 I did not order this and my host thought it was hysterical.

I do like Chinese American food too though.

The Impossible Whopper is really good. It's practically the same as a real Whopper, at least to me. I forget what the price differential is, but it's not that much more. Have also had the White Castle Impossible Slider and that was good too.

I've tried artificial meat hoping to really like it.   I really, really didn't like it.   Take one for the team and please report back.

If you want to have your plant-based vegan burger your way at Burger King, you'll have to ask.

Don't know if she's aware or even cares, but FYI.

Yeah she knew that going in. I think she also said she had to ask for no mayo(?), but maybe that wasn't necessary.

I'll have to try it.   My wife who is vegan, would never eat one that shared the grill with real meat.  I'm not her.    Then again, I'm a carnivore.

@nevets88 went to White Castle once. They made a movie based off the story starring John Cho.

If you get an Impossible Burger in Manhattan, at a restaurant, like Bareburger, it’s like a 15-20 for the dish. 7 is what I paid at BK and much more reasonable.
