I didn't get a chance to watch the video when you first posted it, and almost forgot about this. I'm glad it wasn't what I thought it was going to be.

That is the only one I have used so far and myself and a couple buddies really like it. I did chicken thighs again Saturday as well as a smoked queso dip too.

About 30 minutes ago I put a 7lb pork shoulder on for pulled pork. Used the Kosmos Q Cow Cover rub this time, first time trying that one. Estimating it should take about 7-9 hours to complete. Cooking it at 225 degrees now until an internal temp of 160, then wrapping in aluminum foil until internal temp reaches 200.

Looks great!  I have a buddy who has had a Camp Chef pellet smoker for 2 years now and loves it.  Extremely versatile and easy to use.

For my specific model, it's rated to use roughly 1 lb of pellets per hour, I bought a 20 lb bag of pellets at Lowe's for $10 so I should get roughly 20 hours of grill/smoke time for $10 plus the cost of the electricity that keeps the computer turned on.

These should all be done by kickoff for the OSU game here shortly. 7lb pork shoulder for pulled pork, spare ribs in the middle and baby backs on the right. Pork shoulder has been on since 2am and the ribs have been on since 6.

Yum mmm, its a favorite in our house too.  Its also one of our "fall back" dinners, we always have all the ingredients in the house.

Looks like he was having a little fun.  Too little of that these days.  Though wondering if it was an analogy to something bigger and broader???  T'was a good, meaty discourse.

    • Our range closes early on Sunday to do a “clean pick”, and reopens at 11:30 on Monday. It is mowed early Monday. The course is closed until noon on Monday’s.
    • If you do get a new putter, get fit first. Try a bunch out at a golf store and see what kinds you like first. Then find a good fitter to get your numbers down, length, lie, loft and overall weight. Heavier putters can help with distance control for some folks. Also, a different grip size may help even if n your current putter. For distance control, having a consistent rhythm helps. In my visit to Erie, Erik had me work on increasing my rhythm a bit because I was a bit too slow and it varied. I have a tempo app on my phone and set my rhythm to 2/4 time at 72 bpm. When I practice putting, I first work on my rhythm for short, medium and long putts. Then I work on read and start line. This drill can help too.  
    • Day 68, August 1, 2021:  My backswing is still too long. I’m trying to get it shorter I look at it on film and it’s way too long, did some pitching length swing length feeling swings, so it’s probably half to three quarter length backswing.
    • I think he’s making a huge assumption that something he feels makes him do something, will translate to anyone else. I think tips like these come from instructors who confuse the concept of what’s natural anatomy wise isn’t natural function wise if that makes sense.
