Alex Morgan's poor skills showed again. I'm telling ya, she is nowhere near WC level. She keeps her head down and rarely knows her position on the pitch. She has a very weak boot as well. If you want to criticize her play you have to also point out that she had a pretty serious knee injury before the tournament and was still working her way back through the tournament. Plus at worst in totality she had a B+ tournament. Also, she's not playing because of her looks; she may be getting marketing opportunities because of her looks but I can tell you thatJill Ellis, on the biggest stage in the world, is not gonna play her just because she's pretty. Morgan is a star, man. I don't know what else to tell you.

This may come as a shock to you but many people view women as things other than sex objects and actually watch women's sports without a hand at their belt. And considering that the women have been kicking ass for nigh on two and a half decades, I don't think you can say "nothing happens."
