And I recommend good instructors whenever possible, as traveling rarely works out. But we will not be getting into this one.

For the LA dudes, I did my level one instruction with Ric Moore at Chevy Chase CC in glendale.  Don't need to be a member or anything.

Not trying to dissuade anyone from enticing Erik come out to SoCal, but since the premise of this thread was a lack of Aimpoint instructors in our area it seems appropriate to point out there are a number of Express clinics planned in the LA area over the next couple months. X11/X2 clinics at Woodley, Rancho Park, Black Gold, Tiera Rejada, show on Aimpoint's website if anone is interested.

Hi all, Evidently, there was a clinic this morning at Rancho Park Golf Course. I didn't realize until it was about halfway through, but I spoke to the instructor afterward and he plans to be back in late August or early September. It's an X1/X2 clinic and I believe runs $250. I'll plan to take the next one he offers if I haven't already taken one by then.

Or… have me out for one. Plus I charge less. :-P I'm all for promoting others in areas I can't visit, but this thread is kinda about me doing a clinic.

Sorry, that's my fault. I saw the title and remembered us trying to figure out if there was a clinic to go to in the area. I should have read more carefully. Sorry.
