"5 Minutes Daily" Practice Challenge (June 2015)

I hit a medium bucket for an hour today. I focused on my hip turn during takeaway and getting my weight forward on the downswing.

Small bucket (with balls) at the range, slowing down enough to feel the "play" in transition.

Worked on getting the shaft more horizontal from A4 to A5 for 10 minutes

In a factory in China doing practice swings using a pointer. Spending 5 minutes at a time.

Wow 11:31 here ... almost let the post get by! I worked on my full swing and uploaded to Evolvr for Brian to look at.

5 minutes while kids got ready for school. Swinging my short weighted club. All focus on my shoulder piece.

5 minutes this morning with the driver working on full swing mechanics with a particular focus on getting my hips and weight forward while keeping my head back.  Did this by stopping at A4 and then stopping again at A6 and then finishing the swing slowly.

15 minutes at the gym mapping my swing.  I've got A1 to A4 down per my last Evolvr lesson and A5 and 6 are looking better.  Now I am working on the finish again.  I need to get my hips and shoulders to rotate with my arms from A6 to A9.

6/9/15: 1/2 and 3/4 swing irons trying to feel as I am swinging the same speed as full..

Did mirror swings focusing on A5 and hit a bucket at the range.

Just short half swings today ... got to get the feeling down ...

Spent 20 minutes making half to three quarter swings while wearing an arm strap. Noticed an improvement in ball contact.

Hit some balls into my new net. Worked on keeping my upper left arm and hands from getting away from me in the takeaway,

Purchased a few new wedges so my 15 mins today was hitting pitches and chips with my new wedges. I also hit 2 full swings with my 54*. I did my mapping drill between each swing.

Large bucket at the range.  Tempo, hip shift and turn.  Driver, 3w, 7i, AW, PW, SW, LW.  Putted for 15 minutes after.

Wanted to go to the range, but the weather wasn't going to cooperate. So, indoor chipping and pitching instead.
